Find and Replace Text in Files

You can define as many replacement as You want , which will occure
during one ride, define case sensitivity (differ or not big and small letters) ,
declare if You want just to find files. Each replacement will occure one after other.
Pay attention that if You replaced word fat with
word diet and second replacement You replace die
with live the result might be unexpected
because original document gained diet which contains
die
